Hello My Name Is Bernard Williams and the reason I'm reaching out for help because over the years it has been well documented about my struggles with weight. I've been on a mission to improve my health for a long time but just like allot of things in life i can't do it by myself..If take a look at the video listed at the top I've had some progress with my weight loss..At the time of the news video listed at the top I was promised a surgery over a year ago by the Mayor Of Riviera Beach,Florida Thomas Masters I don't what happened between him and the surgeon who was suppose to perform the surgery but nothing has became of that situation.But has of lately I've been hospitalized 5 more times since my last interview,As of May 2012 I was hospitalized for an Ulcer on my upper right thigh which was infected with Gain Green which required 2 surgeries 3 days apart from each other and also included a 3 week stay at St.Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach..After the surgery I had a steep recovery time...Right now I'm basically Living and holding on by the grace Of God...I'm unemployed I have no insurance and I have a Pending case with SSI. It's like the longer I wait on others my health is declining..I've developed more problems such as diabetes osteo arthritis and hyper tension,so my best chance to eliminate all these ailments is bariatric surgery..I've tried emailing doctor after Doctor talk show after talk show but it seems like a shot in the dark every time... Now the only thing I know to do is to reach out to the people,so if you can donate to my cause in helping me get my life back I greatly appreciate it and God Bless you,Thank you
