Unfortunate events in 2019 have forced our dear friend Maria Galdamez to become the only income to support her family. Through her small house cleaning business, she has worked tirelessly to be able to keep her home and send her kids to college. She is a hard worker and will do whatever it takes to provide for her family, even turning an extra room in her garage into an AirBnB. But then, 2020 and Covid happened. The extra money she was able to make through AirBnb to help with her expenses vanished. Making the mortgage started to get tight but she was able to manage through her cleaning business. Now, with Covid cases on the rise, many of her clients have cut down their hours or decided to cancel their services until 2021. And of course, that's when, her furnace decided to break down, making an already challenging winter become more and more difficult.
This GoFundme account is set up on her behalf so that she can make the necessary repairs and not having to choose between paying her mortgage or keeping her family warm and healthy.
