On the 21st April 2020, former All Ireland winning footballer with Offaly and Rhode player and former Offaly and current Rhode footballer Paraic Sullivan take on the mammoth task of a 5 day continuous cycle in aid of the Make A Wish foundation and Rhode GAA. This challenge will mean that either cyclist will be on the bike for 5 days straight. They will cycle in 6 hour sessions going through the night in order to raise vital funds for the amazing charity Make A Wish who help create amazing life long memories for children who are sick and battling difficulties circumstances. Furthermore, the money raised will generate funds to help Rhode GAA club to progress and grow and be a continued success. A club that connects the community from young to old and is the focal point of the village and beyond.
