THANK YOU ALL WHO HAVE DONATED ALREADY. JUST A LITTLE MORE IS NEEDED. Hi Shilshole tenants. (And anyone else who is reading this...) I’m Sheri, M dock captain and net control of VMan. We have a great opportunity to have a neighborhood little lending library here at the Shilshole Bay Marina. The port approved its installation. They have approved the location to be just outside the west main office doors where the pay phone used to be. For those of you who may not know, this is what it is: A Little Free Library is a “take a book, return a book” free book exchange. They come in many shapes and sizes, but the most common version is a small wooden box of books. Anyone may take a book or bring a book to share. Little Free Library book exchanges have a unique, personal touch. -taken from the lending library website. I have volunteered to be the contact person and take care of the maintenance but I need your help. The kit for the library is more than I can afford in my own. Can you please help?
