Cancer Strikes Again

Here I sit in front of my computer not knowing what to expect from all of this. I have never done one of these fund raising article, and I hope I never have to do another one again. My name is David Carlos, married to Pamela Carlos with two beautiful young boys whom do not know yet that there grandmother is on a ticking time bomb... CANCER!!!!!  My mother in-law who's name is Sonia Sordini is a breast cancer surviver. she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. As all cancer victims do when they are told that they have cancer they listen to their doctors and begin their death treatment. CHEMO..... Shortly after she began chemo therapy her husband ( my father in-law) was involved in a fatal car crash ( may his soul be at rest). Not only did she have to face cancer, but now she had to do it alone. Her life started going down hill from there. She retired from teaching so she could focus on her treatment. once all of the chemo was over and her hair had fallen and part of her breast was removed. She had WON!!!! Good bye cancer, finally at last. All of our hearts were at ease, so we thought.... In 2018 my mother in-law began to feel pain in her hip, to the point that she was limping around. No one had any idea of what it could be, until she went to the doctor and had some exams and guess what it was??? CANCER AGAIN!!! Once again she began her treatments with CHEMO, with confidence because of her last fight won with cancer, everyone thought she was going to be ok.... Well we were wrong.... The cancer has now moved to her lungs, liver, kidney. The doctor has recommended for her to take Palbociclib pills. Saying that if she takes them she will have from 3-5 years of life, other wise she has 12MONTHS the most. And this is where we said enough is enough. NO MORE CHEMO!!!! We have been doing some research on chemical free treatments in Tijuana Mexico clinics. At this point we will try everything we can that does not involve chemo. We contacted the clinic HOPE4CANCER and after they reviewed her medical charts they said everything would cost about $60,000.00. So here I am asking to all who are reading this to please help me raise this money for me to be able to save my kids grandmother, because they have already lost their grandfather. Any amount will be greatly appreciative. Please share this with family and friends. I will keep everyone up to date when its all said and done, who knows maybe some one you know might someday get the bad news and they won't have to chemo at all.
