Medical Fundraiser For Jeff Jacobson

Over Christmas dad become ill with influenza A. He was getting worse and on January 2nd, needed to be airlifted to Rochester to treat the influenza, double pneumonia, severe dehydration, kidney concerns, possible sepsis, and extremely low blood pressure and oxygen levels. He was placed in a medically induced coma and is being monitored very closely in the ICU. Some people have asked how to support or donate and this might be the easiest/best format. We are unclear when they will be able to bring dad out of the medically induced coma, what condition he will be in, how long he'll need to stay in the hospital, or how long he'll need to recover at home. Any support is greatly appreciated and will be used for medical bills like the helicopter ride, household costs since dad won't be working for a while, and gas/expenses for traveling to Rochester and back. Thank you so much for considering helping with this financial burden on my parents.
