My Sweet Mother’s Funeral Fund

As most of you I ow by now, my mother passed away last night, December 23rd very unexpectedly. She had no life insurance because she had pre-existing conditions and any she could get would have been more than she could afford on a fixed income. She also had some expenses recently that had wiped out the money she had in the bank. I also am very limited on money because I have lived on a limited income since my heart surgeries. In other words. I don’t have extra money laying around to finance a funeral but I want to have a decent one for my mom — she deserved that! She was pretty healthy so I would have never expected to lose her this soon. I am in shock and don’t know which way to turn. I absolutely hate to ask but since it’s for my mom, I will. I generally saw my mom every day - I don’t know what to do now. Thanks.
