Help Kip Fight Cancer

My father's cancer has returned. He had lung cancer over seven years ago when he was 53. It has returned again in his lungs, but also (and more regrettably) in his brain. He has six nodules in his brain that are now being treated with radiation. He will also receive chemotherapy in a couple of weeks. It's not curable, but his life will be extended by the treatments. The doctors discovered the cancer after he had a seizure on January 7, 2013. They informed us that without the seizure my dad would have died within a couple of weeks. We will know more, including how long he has left, after radiation is complete. This is obviously not great news; however, we are immensely grateful for the remaining time we have with him.

My parents are on a fixed-income and need assistance with medical bills and prescriptions. The money donated will go to supplement the expenses which are not covered by Medicare. Thank you very much!
