Help My Father With Unexpected Medical Bills

My father is currently living in the Philippines. He was diagnosed with severe pneumonia about 2 weeks ago and had to spend several days in the hospital while paying out of pocket for all expenses. They sent him home but unfortunately the infection returned to severe level and he must spend more time in the hospital, which he can not afford on his own. I just want him to get better so he can return home to his wife and his baby boy, my brother.
