Hello my friends! This is a picture of my cousin Azamat and my aunt Sanobar. He is 19 years old and just graduate from high school back in my hometown - Samarkand, Uzbekistan. I am only an accounting and finance major and don’t know many medical terms but I will do my best to explain you what happened to my cousin. Last year in March, Azamat was delivered to the local hospital after he fell into a coma. Doctors said that it was caused by brain hemorrhage. He was diagnosed with brain aneurysm in his right hemisphere that posed brain hemorrhage. Doctors performed a surgery oh his brain and with a course of time it seemed like he is doing fine. He started talking and walking again. But two month ago it came back to him. That day he had very sharp pain in his head and was vomiting all night and was taken to emergency room. After all the screening has been made doctors said aneurysm appeared again. Doctors in Uzbekistan said they can’t help now and advised to go overseas to treat it. The closest and cheapest option that we found was N. N. Burdenko Neurosurgery Institute in Moscow. I have looked up all the doctors and read their reviews. It took us almost two weeks to make an appointment with a doctor. Last Monday my aunt took Azamat and with her husband they flew the first time on the plane and arrived to see the doctor. To make the story short, doctor in Russia was very disappointed with the kind and quality of the surgery that has been performed to Azamat. After making new angiography doctor and my aunt decided to perform another brain surgery. The reason why I am telling you all this story is that my aunt is very short on money. She found out that she has fourth-stage breast cancer last year two months after Azamat was diagnosed with aneurysm. The family had to fight for both and we have been struggling financially since then. $10,000 is necessary to perform a surgery for Azamat. It is planned on Thursday December 19th. $8,000 has to paid prior to surgery and $2,000 after the surgery. We were able to find $6,000 so far. My grandpa had $5,000 of savings while my mom was able to contribute $1,000. We would love to raise the other $4,000 thru your donations. Please support us as much as you are able to. Even if you can’t afford any money, spread the word, please! I know most of the people who will get this are students. Tell your parents about it. Your help is much appreciated! Let’s save the life together!
