Please Help my sick dog Pipi go to the vet

Hey, this my dog pipi. She a tea cup Chihuahua & 5 years old . She honestly such sweetheart. She a good dog a little lazy but I love with all my heart. My name is Cheyenne and I’m only 17 . In the last few days pipi has gotten sick, and I honestly don’t know what’s going on with her. I wanna take her to the vet but where I live the vet is super expensive and I can’t afford that right now. I feel horrible as the days go on and I can’t help my dog . I hate asking for money but for pipi I would do anything for her. I don’t wanna lose her, she has help me so much with just giving me unconditional love. She just needs trip to the vet so we can figure out whats going on and what’s she need to feel better. please anything helps.
