Jordan's Heart ❤

Donation protected
Our son Jordan Henry was diagnosed with a rare heart disease on February 7,2019. Just one day after his 17th birthday. He collapsed at school and was airlifted to Children's Health Care of Atlanta. He has been on medication and treatment since then. He has since maintained a job and still assists his football team in any way he can. He is a true inspiration to his family. Jordan is a straight "A"student who was also a running back for the East Paulding Raiders. He is looking forward to attending college next year.Jordan's disease is called C.T.E.P.H which can be called Pulmonary Hypertension in the lungs. It the combination of a lung and heart disease caused by chronic clotting .One plan of action is for Jordan to have a major surgery called PTE or Pulmonary Thromboendarterectomy or an Angio BPA procedure which requires multiple treatments. We know for sure that we will be gone for 2 to 3 weeks. It is a major surgery that can lead to reversal of the heart disease and will lead to more of a normal healthy life for him. It is done at the University of California in San Diego. With very short notice they want to have Jordan out to them for evaluation and surgery at the same time. They are trying to keep him on schedule for his senior year which I think is wonderful. They have asked us to have him there December 17,2019 to start the evaluation. With so many people who have offered to help we found this is the best way. There will be many expenses associated with this and we humbly appreciate all of your help.
