Assistance with court fees

This is not a easy thing for me to open up aboat but here goes .... I am a mum for 4 beautiful children my youngest was only born 11 weeks ago. I have a live with order with my ex husband for my eldest two boys which means they live with me and spend time with there dad. However he was due to take the boys back to school on Monday morning 25th November but did not turn up with them I than get to hear that he has made the decision to keep the boys in his care and even stop there schooling. I have tried to get help from the police but with me already having a court order the only way forward for me now is to take him back to court. Our whole family has been torn apart with the boys not returning to us there younger brother and new sister are missing them so much and it's really starting to effect my youngest son I also no that the boys will be missing there school and friends so much. I have started the first steps of taking him back to court however this is going to be very expensive to have my solicitor with me every step to get my boys back to there family home where they belong also my partner is having to have time off work to support me as I'm going through this very difficult and stressfull time but also means he does not get paid for being off as he is self employed. We are now reaching out to see if anyone is able to help us get through traumatic time.♡
