Saving Ginger

My name is Ashley and this is my puppy ginger. We recently just found out that she needs an emergency surgery on her uterus. Ginger is a loving and playful dog, she is loved by a big family of 7. She is only 6 years old and wants to live a long life. She is in the beginning stages of Pyometra and on the verge of getting an infection that can rapidly increase and is fatal, the vet told us to get her surgery ASAP because it’s only going to get worse from here! So please help us, I know Ginger isn’t supposed to go like this! And every little bit helps!
