My name is Kayla Sullivan and this go fund me is for my mom, Holly Thompson. On October 23rd my mom was in a really horrible car accident. She was found unresponsive in her vehicle and was intubated and life flighted to Parkview Regional Medical Center and was diagnosed with a subarachnoid hemorrhage, broken and dislocated hip, broken knee, broken foot, and several broken vertebrae in her cervical (neck) and thoracic (chest) spine. We are almost a month in and she has made very little progress. Each brain is unique and while the doctors and nurses are doing all that they can, a lot of what we are doing is waiting for her to heal and hopefully wake up. My dad and her have been married for 24 years and together for 27. My dad has not left her side since the accident which means he is not currently working. I’m hoping that this go fund me will be able to give him some relief financially for his daily expenses, mom’s medical bills that will be starting to come in soon, and the bills that everyone has (electricity, propane, and etc).
