Peru Expedition Summer 2021

In the summer of 2021, I am going to be traveling to Peru with school for four weeks! During my time there I will undergo an array of voluntary work for the local community, which could be anything from building toilets and classrooms to digging irrigation and replanting indigenous plants. I will also be completing a five day trek on the Salkantay Trail to the sacred ancient ruins of Machu Picchu. This whole trip will be self funded. The plan was to make things and sell them to fundraise, but given the COVID-19 circumstances i have not be able to do that. So i have been funding for the expedition with half my wages each month (ive managed to pay £2,265 so far!) So i will be looking at my lovely friends and family if they wish (birthday and Christmas looming) any support, motivational or monetary would be greatly received!
