HELP GEN GET TO WORLD CROSS CHAMPS

Hello!

And a huge thanks for dropping by to my fundraising site. I am currently New Zealand's only international female cyclocross representative and my big goal is 1) raise enough money to compete in the World Championships in Kentucky in 3 weeks time and 2) Get a top 30 finish..

I am completely self funded and work full time to fuel my love for cyclocross and for the hope of one day getting a kiwi rider in the top ten at a word cup/world champs. I  know I am capable of a top 30 in Kentucky with a good build up. All that is standing in my way is the cost of the airfare!!!

After spending just one week in Belgium in December I missed a top 30 finish at a world cup by just 45 seconds and again 5 days later by just 20 seconds: I also exhausted all funds to continue the season.

Helping me get to Kentucky will in return:

a)    raise the profile for cyclocross in NEW ZEALAND "“ more kiwis will feel encouraged to race AND come over next season and compete

b)   assist in raising the profile for women's racing

c)    help a poor kiwi athlete achieve their potential and dreams
