Help José's dialysis and surgery

That's my dad by my side, he is 53 years old and is from São Tomé e Príncipe. Last year he was diagnosed with renal insufficiency (kidney failure) and had to be sent urgently to Gabon because in our country there is no hemodialysis treatment wich he needs to do 3 times a week to stay alive. He is sense then in Gabon alone far from his family and friends because of the treatment. The only chance he has of getting back to his family, country and job is if he gets a kidney transplant. The problem is, in Gabon they don't perform this surgery. Meaning, my dad has to leave permanently in Gabon if we don't find a way get him a transplant. What we want to do is bring him to Portugal where I'm studying and working, and give him a chance of getting the transplant here. And that requires money that we don't have. The funds will be use to pay for the tickets to Portugal, hemodialysis treatment, exams, and others medical and legal bills. Please help me, help my dad! Thank you for your support.
