Shenzi Transport & Medical Fund (FABS Rescue)

This poor Chow (mix?) girl has been waiting patiently at a tiny, rural shelter in TX for her big break. FABS Rescue is committed to giving her that break. We've been working for the last few weeks on securing quarantine boarding and transport to get her to her awaiting foster home in NC where she'll receive medical care. We don't currently know what specific health issues she has causing her skin problems and hair loss. She is heartworm positive and believed to be not spayed yet (no visible scar or tattoo). It's going to cost at least $250 just to get her here to NC. HW treatment is $600-$800, plus her other issues. We know she's not going to be a fast, cheap or easy project, but we are committed to helping this gal out. Any support you can provide to help us make this happen is very much appreciated.
