medical and travel costs

This has been a crazy year medically for myself and my family. I have not been able to work since May and we have no idea when or if I will ever be able to go back to work.  Medical bills/Travel Costs to the Mayo Rochester are just getting out of hand. This site will only be used for Medical/Travel Costs whatever is not used will be donated to the Epilespy or American Stroke Foundation.  Thank you for your Support, Love and Prayers for myself and my family.
