Support for AryAhna and Family

I have been diagnosed with complete placenta previa and placenta increta with the potential to become placenta percreta. In layman’s terms, my placenta not only is completely covering my cervix, which can cause bleeding and/or hemorrhaging throughout pregnancy, but it’s also grown through the wall of my uterus and is in danger of growing into my bladder. This makes for a much more complicated surgery and higher risk of hemorrhage and death. To make matters worse, we’ve also learned that our baby girl has clubbed feet which will require correction once she’s born. Because of the issues with my placenta, I will be hospitalized between 32 and 33 weeks so that I am there in case of a medical emergency and will then have a cesarean section with a hysterectomy and possible bladder repair between 34 and 35 weeks. This puts me entering the hospital the week of Thanksgiving and delivering (hopefully) the week before Christmas. My surgery carries such a big risk that I want to see my children as much as possible beforehand. The easiest way for them to be able to visit would be if they and my husband stayed in the hospital’s hotel or another one nearby. This would also allow them to be close in case I do have a medical emergency and helps give me peace of mind as they’d normally have an hour drive. The funds we raise will be used for hotel expenses to keep our family together during this difficult time. The goal amount would cover their stay for the whole four weeks, from my hospitalization til when we go home after she’s born. If you are unable to donate, please share and keep us in your thoughts.
