Nose and teeth surgery

Hi! My name is “Inês” and I have 21 years old and I'm from Portugal. I always help the people I can around me and my family, I donate clothes at the hospital “Cruz Vermelha” and sometimes food at the “Banco Alimentar”. I help my parents (they live apart) and I pay the bills and rent (my father is unemployed), I need to have nose surgery because sometimes I can't breathe properly especially in winter because I have a very bad bone and I needed to have surgery to make it no longer happen, I also needed to have surgery on my teeth because that every time that passes it deforms my face more, I can't afford these two treatments because it is very expensive and my salary is always to pay my parents' house expenses, I would be very grateful to anyone who could help me.
