Staring at Sweden

Staring at Sweden I work and dedicate my life everyday to help individuals live a happier healthier life. I challenge them to step outside their comfort zones and set goals for themselves. From climbing a 14er, signing up for their first race, or losing weight. I push them to their limits with that one goal in mind. As some of you know, I competed in my 2nd Spartan Ultra in August. I went into that race with a separate goal in mind, to beat my time from the previous year (8 hrs 38 min). Not only did I beat my time (7 hrs 57 min), but I qualified for Spartan's Ultra World Championship 2019 in Sweden. So many of you have already helped raise money towards this amazing race! I climbed all the steps that were sponsored in my 30lb weight vest on October 12th and I am now going to just keep the link open until I leave for Sweden!
