My baby sister Hope was riding her bike last week until she went over what looked like a normal grass patch, however, it was actually a large gutter. Her front wheel went in and she went face first into the gravel pavement. Bloody and in shock she waved and waved to cars until one finally stopped. Long story short at Monash hospital in Clayton, they diagnose the damage. She had ripped most of her top gum off her mouth. She was in insurmountable pain. The awake surgery conducted shortly after arrival as they had to snap her teeth back in place and stitch in and outside of her mouth. This was only the beginning as she is still recovering a week later. The dental bill will be well over $10,000 but anything will help. Who's fault is this? Well due to the councils negligence and inability to follow protocol in repairs and maintenance, my sister went through this. . Please get her Justice. We need to raise money for repairs and to help her through this time. But right now I just ask you to share this! Thank you so much for reading.
