Kyle Forgie,17, was involved in a hit and run in Flagler County. Kyle was heading home from his girlfriends house on his bicycle around 6pm where he was struck by a suv/truck while he was crossing the road on the marked crosswalk. He had to be airlifted to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach where he is suffering from a broken collar bone, broken ribs, broken pelvis, and suffers traumatic brain injury and swelling. The odds are 50/50 of him living through this quoted by his surgeon last night.
I am reaching out to all of you to collect any sort of donations for the Forgie Family as they start their long road to recovery with Kyle. Kyle will more than likely be hospitalized for months to come so we would like to raise some money to help the family pay for hospital bills and any necessities Kyle will need to recover.
