Raising Autistic 3 Year Old Twins

Hello. My name is Lakesha and I'm a single mother of 3 kids. I have a 13 year old girl and twins 3 years old a boy and girl. My twins were recently diagnosed with autism my son more severe than my daughter because he doesn't talk at all and its really hard for him to comprehend what I tell him. It's really hard to get them back and forth to their doctor appointments and Therapy sessions without a car. I only work part time at a Casino and that barely covers my bills so I haven't been able to save for a vehicle yet. I'm just asking for help to take 1 less brick off my chest because some days I just sit in the bathroom and cry trying to figure out how can I make this happen. I really hate not knowing my next move and people who kno me will tell you I never ask for help Im always trying to figure out how I can do it on my own. I'm just at a lost right now and I don't kno what else to do to help my children to get where they need to be
