Look I don’t normally do stuff like this, but I have a friend who is in need of some compassion. Maria is a single mother of 3 boys (8, twins 4) & she recently moved near me. She came to Texas to escape a terrible situation in New Jersey. She works 50+ hours a week at a full time job and then delivers food after work with her kids to be able to pay all her bills. One of her twins was born with Hypoplastic right heart syndrome where the right ventricle and atrium never fully developed, so the arteries pump through the left side & has had 3 open heart surgeries & 8 surgeries in total thus far & she herself has fought cervical cancer 3 times & made it thru. She does things the right way & hasn’t accepted any government assistance & is training now to enter the Police Academy. She hasn’t asked me for help, but I would love to show her a little compassion because she Is someone who flat out deserves it. I want to show her that there are good, kind Americans out there that care for each other and support each other. I’d like to at least get her a month ahead on her rent & her kids some school clothes, & maybe some groceries & gas money. The 3 boys share 1 bedroom & are currently sharing 1 air-mattress, Maria is also sleeping on her own air mattress. I would like to at least get the boys bunkbeds. If you cannot help, please keep her in your prayers. Thanks y’all.
