My Son Committed Suicide
Donation protected
My Son Dajon Reed committed suicide on July 27, 2019. He had a dual diagnoses. I fought a long hard battle. The way the California legal system is set up for mental health care made it impossible to help my Son.
In Sept 2018, he was released by a judge on a temp LPS hold due to mental health issues because a judge felt he was stable despite psychiatrist recommendations for a 1 year stay in a psychiatric facility, less than 1 year of his release he killed himself on the train tracks.
As Dajon's Mom, I vow to continue to fight for those suffering. I want to fight for change of these laws but I need monetary support for media fees for the petition, airplane flights, and legal counsel, as well forums.
