Memorial For Ruffie Pike

As most of you know, Ruffie Pike unexpectedly passed away Thursday night on July 11th due to a cerebral aneurism. Sadly with death comes a lot of unexpected costs- cremation, memorial, time taken off work. On top of that, Tom and Ruffie had been traveling back and forth from Grants Pass OR taking care of Toms fathers farm, who passed away in May. They had come back to Bremerton in hopes to finally sell their house. Tom has also been dealing with an ongoing medical condition so you can imagine that money is the last thing this family needs to be worrying about. All the money raised from this fundraiser will go towards all of the funeral costs for Ruffie along with travel expenses for Tom to be able to travel to Oregon to finish laying his father to rest. Ruffie was the most genuine, kind hearted and loving woman. She always had a hug waiting for you and always made you feel welcome. She had a beautiful soul and will be missed by so many. Ruffie and Tom have been married for 45 years and have never been apart. They have two beautiful daughters, Nicole and Tessa, and an energetic rescue pup named Finn who Ruffie loved dearly. A memorial for Ruffie will be held in September- location and date is to be determined. The Pikes have been there for so many of us so let’s return the favor! Every little bit helps.
