Durupan-Flores Road To Recovery

All smiles on the beautiful family picture taken of the Durupan-Flores ohana (found in the updates) on the baby’s first birthday just couple weeks before their world got turned upside down.
On Friday, at approximately 8:00 pm, Martin, Alisha and their 3 children were heading home from Fresno to Lemoore on the freeway when the unthinkable happened. As they were stopped at a stoplight waiting for the light to turn green, a vehicle traveling at a high speed (approximately at 70MPH) hit their vehicle from behind without stopping, causing a major collision. The Durupan-Flores family were rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition. Martin is suffering from a fractured vertebrae and fractured rib. Alisha is currently recovering from injuries to her abdomen and leg. Their three girls also suffered major injuries. Kiara (6yo) the oldest, is still in the hospital with a severe concussion and abdominal pain. Layla (2yo) has a broken femur and needs to be put in a cast for several weeks. Camila (1yo) suffered a concussion and injuries to her mouth.
Both parents are unable to work due to their injuries and know that the medical, living, and travel expenses to and from appointments will start to accrue. They are now without a vehicle, car seat, and boosters for their children as they were severely damaged during the accident.
We are humbly asking for prayers, positive vibes and financial assistance for the Durupan-Flores family as they start their healing and recovery process.
