UPDATE ON CASE AUGUST 27, 2019 Cyndie has seen Michael twice -once he expressed that he was being hurt in foster care - CPS used her concern as a symptom of their “diagnosis”. They discontinued her visits to hide his abuse. They HAVE NOT interviewed her eldest boys, responded to court petitions, interviewed her doctors, Michael’s doctors, or worked toward unification. They push an agenda that does not follow the constitution, CPS guidelines or any basic right’s a parent has - why? They receive Title-IV-E funding for taking him - he’s income to them. All funds raised through Go Fund Me have gone directly to Cyndie, less admin fees charged by GoFundMe. It is set for auto deposit to an account she alone accesses and uses to pay attorneys. She tries to keep her head above water with basic expenses while fighting a corrupt system that stole her beloved son. It takes hundreds of hours of work as Douglas County CPS in Parker Colorado operates with immunity - and that should terrify everyone!! When CPS says you abuse your child and snatches them - what do you do if it’s false and they have an agenda? Thank you for helping and believing her - you are helping to fight against corruption and toward unification My dearest friend is a single parent of 4 children who has successfully raised 2 older children who are recent graduates of prestigious universities.  Her youngest, 7, is special needs suffering from seizures and other neurological disorders. While seeking care to diagnose the cause of his seizures a CPS caseworker unlawfully and wrongfully removed him from her home, placing him in foster care.  The reason given is PARENTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF MEDICAL NEEDS!!!  Or Munchausen  by Proxy which is one of Douglas County Colorado’s catch all accusations to justify the unjustified removal of children. No one knows where her son is and his Mom and family are devastated. He’s been in the state’s custody since May 17th and no family members have seen or spoken to him. To date no court records have been turned over to his mother, or visitation and communication allowed with any of his family.  The only chance this mother has to get her child back is through a private attorney which she cannot afford.  The attorney provided by the county works with CPS.

Don’t let another disabled child be stolen into the system under the secret veil of “child protective services”.  Please help return Michael to his mother’s care, where he was a happy child with siblings, pets and the unconditional love of his Mom and family.  He is greatly missed by all that know him and love him.  Thank you for any donation to this legal fun.
