Need help paying lid tax

My name is Robert Shackelford,  I'm permanently disabled, divorced, and on a fixed income from Social Security. My financial situation is dire because  the city of Ocean Shores, trying to foreclose on my home because after my divorce in 2018, the county took me out of tax exempt status and Ocean Shores demands I pay off the LID tax in order to keep the foreclosure from occurring. I live alone, and have exhausted all pathways for resolving the situation. I know this is a major ask of people, but any help would be extremely appreciated and never forgotten.
