Help Alanna & Her Kidney Failure

On September 15, 2015 my life was changed forever after being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune Chronic Kidney Disease called, IgA Nephorapthy. The condition makes my body attack itself. Since being diagnosed I have searched to find someone who is willing to become a living kidney donor. Although life has presented unthinkable challenges that I never thought I'd have to endure, I have faith that someone reading this will step up and give me a second chance at life. Being young and full of hope I know that I have my whole life ahead of me. It is my prayer that this message will reach the person who is willing to save a life.
