Hero Assault Course 8km

Hey guys, so like I mentioned I'm doing this hero assault course with a few people from work in July. It's an 8km race with 25 obstacles so should be fun and a decent challenge. The charity we have chosen is Rainbow house, which supports people with disabilities helping them to reach a higher level of independence. I think us doing something fun and challenging to raise a little awareness of their generous and caring work would be very positive and hopefully raise a little money for them in doing so.
