Making Tracks for Life

Making Tracks for Life is a registered non-profit that provides a unique, free service to individuals with limited mobility to be able to experience activities in the great outdoors. Our organization owns one standing Action Track Chair that we utilize to bring individuals into the outdoors. This is a free service we provide to anyone who contacts us to set up an activity. We provide the transportation of the chair to any location of their choosing in the Eastern Upper Peninsula and pay any applicable fees. This includes hunting, fishing, trails, beach, playground, weddings, Easter Egg Hunts, any activity imaginable that an individual with mobility issues may benefit from using this chair.

Outside of our primary mission of providing the above listed services our goal is to raise funds to be able to purchase one Action Track chair per year to give away to an adult or child with mobility issues in the Eastern Upper Peninsula area. Once the funds are raised, we will be holding a contest, and with the help from donors like you, we will select a lucky individual to receive their very own chair! Insurances will not cover the cost of these chairs so I’m hoping with your support we can all band together to changes lives! The cheapest Action Track Chair is $12,000 and through local fundraising efforts we have raised approximately $1,500 so far.

Please help us reach our goal!
