F@#k Cancer (That's What She Said)

This is our Bev! As you can see, her beautiful face is always smiling, and behind her infectious laugh holds a heart of gold. Even during her own struggles she will do anything, give everything to help you get through yours. Bev is not only a friend, a coworker, an aunt, a sister she truly is an inspiration to us all. Bev's courage, strength and perseverance is simply remarkable! What this beautiful face and infectious laugh does not show is the courageous battle she fought 6 years ago when diagnosed with breast cancer of the liver, neither does it show the traitorous journey through experimental liver surgury and chemo that saved her precious life! Unfortunately it breaks our hearts to have to say the cancer has returned to her liver and a new battle to rid this demon has begun. Bev needs a P.E.T scan and this is not covered. The cost for this is $2,600 and she needs it done yesterday. She can not wait for approval of funding, which could take months. This is only the first step in preparing for battle. CT scan, MRI, port implant, traveling to London for all medical needs and appointments and surgury. This is all overwhelming and financially devastating for a single woman to bare. No one should have to worry about financial ruin while fighting to stay alive. This beautiful face would never ask for help from anyone to help her through this as she feels there is always someone else that could use it more, therefore we are reaching out to everyone to help us, help her by donating.
