Mariann and Just Bubbly Need Help!

Small business owner Mariann Smith is a very special person to a lot of special people and animals. We're all special, but Mariann especially so. She has a super-special inner drive that has fueled her passion to run her own business ( and raise her family.  She answered a calling to help save as many animals as she could get her hands on (even when it's simply using the "share" button on Facebook for an animal out of her reach).

Mariann needs our help. Mariann's home and business were destroyed in Super Storm Sandy. She will not leave her house because everything that makes her Mariann is there. Her businesses, Just Bubbly and JB Greek are run from her property. Which was flooded with rushing waters that Mariann had to listen helplessly to as they rose. Weeks later, Team Rubicon, a group of military vets who unite to help disaster victims, came to gut her house to rid it of mold and scum. She wouldn't let them into her soap shop. Why? Because she had orders to fill and a trade show to attend. She's been busy turning nothing into something.

Mariann's business is the key to her survival. She needs it to pay the bills and lead a normal life. She needs it to keep her own hope alive. We've all read the many FB shares from Mariann to help a cat or dog in need. Please help Mariann. She has no Internet. She has no heat. She has no FEMA money because of red tape. She finally has some hot water sometimes. She has partial electricity. She has plenty of mold and dust. She has solutions to problems, which sometimes cause new problems. Mariann gets up every morning, boils a lukewarm pot of coffee on her grill, and faces the day, chasing down contractors, plumbers, veterans, forms, rental cars, battery chargers, masks to clean, gas, everything. It's a whole new existence that we cannot imagine unless we lived it.

Please help Mariann. She needs to rebuild Just Bubbly and JB Greek. which will help her rebuild her home, and save her business and save more animals. Please help Mariann have the tools she needs to make her own way. Please help Mariann hang her shingle again.

Money will go towards:
Restoring electricity

A washer and dryer

A working boiler
Structural damage (her shop and first floor of house were wiped out)
Mold removal
All production and shipping supplies (two companies have stepped in to help here: Nashville Wraps and SKS Bottle and Packaging)
People to help clean the mold
Masks to clean and more cleaning supplies
A cleaning company to come and clean the dust film that covers everything upstairs and down
Cars because the rentals are expiring
A contractor who isn't going to charge an arm and a leg

And more.

We have a goal here, but if we pass that goal, know that every little cent helps.
