I have seen communities in Puerto Rico, Florida, Kenya, and Palestine impacted by your generous support. Because of you we have provided over two tons of relief aid and money to those impacted by Hurricanes Maria and Michael. Because of you we have provided clean water, built bathrooms, improved schools, and fed families in Kenya. Because of you we made schools better for both Israeli and Palestinian children.
This summer I am once more going to Kenya to work with the refugees of Bonde but I am adding another project to our list of outreach and need your support. After I return from Kenya I will be traveling to northern India to work with families in Udhampur for a very meaningful and personal reason.
This past fall my uncle, Bob Binkley, asked to join him to the region to assist him in his mission work. The timing was unfortunately cut short when he passed away after a brave battle with cancer. However, I have made a commitment to his legacy and plan to carry on his work this July.
I have been in contact with those who Bob had spent 25 plus years working with as a missionary and promised them we would help. Their first request is that we help connect their remote village with modern technology.
This is an easy fix for us and one I know we can do. I have already purchased my tickets. My lodging and food will be taken care of. Your help will impact the school by giving it the resources it needs. Your donations will purchase computers, classroom furniture and equipment, and water filters which will provide the 600 plus students with their first taste of clean water.
Together we will make an impact for one more community. And although we can’t radically change the world, we can powerfully impact a small community.
