Final Quarter College Tuition

I am heading into my last quarter at California Polytechnic State University. My GI Bill wasn't sufficient enough to stay in school years ago, and its time limit ran out last year. I have a loan but the funds aren't released until after the Winter quarter starts, which means my last four classes will be dropped. I saved up for this last year of school but with tuition increases I ran one quarter short and could use your help.
