Help a Paramedic hear again

I’ve been losing my hearing since I was I child, spent 23 years in the fire service, EMS etc and now my hearing is down to 10 % due to conductive hearing loss from all the wonderful things we have to deal with everyday! Sirens, horns etc. I was able to save up enough money a few years ago to buy my very first set of hearing aids but now they are broken due to extreme use and the audiologist says I need new ones with better technology and higher levels of hearing due to my hearing lose. I will most like be deaf in the next couple years but until then I’m am trying to continue on without having to read lips all the time. So if your tired of having me say HUH, WHAT, I’m sorry can you repeat yourself, HELP A BROTHER OUT. I’ve done a lot to help people in my time as a fire fighter and paramedic and as a friend who never asks for help but right now I can not afford what I need and can not as that my family take on the burden of another loan payment, insurance will not cover a single penny . A couple bucks goes along way Thanks in advance
