Kathleen is a beautiful mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, and friend to many. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006 and it has returned three times since the original diagnosis. Kathleen has undergone multiple surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy, and many trips to and from doctor's offices in Phoenix, AZ, and Buffalo, NY. Insurance has great benefits, but of course there is an incredible deductible that needs to be met out of pocket first.
Due to chemotherapy side effects, Kathleen has been unable to work her normal 9am-5pm schedule. Despite her amazing ability to fight and remain strong, some days are just harder than others.
Kathleen has a big dream to return to Disney World with her family- her husband, their two daughters and husbands, and their grandchildren. Of course it has been a bit harder to save for this cost since she has been unable to work her typical hours. Some weeks she has been off of work completely.
