Help me donate yoga mats to Jackson Elem

Hello Friends, my community and fellow yogi's


I teach yoga every Friday to a group of self contained elementary kids in a low income school in Salt Lake City. I have been doing this for one year, and I cannot believe the shift it has made in their daily lives, especially socially. They have developed skills that didn't come easily since they have been doing yoga with me. They had a hard time paying attention and liking yoga in the beginning, but within the last 6 months, I have seen a huge change! I now arrive with the mats all set up and each kid waiting for me to get there, sitting quietly on their mat. They ask the teacher now when yoga starts. If I am late, then I hear about it! They look forward to their yoga time each week now. It has truly touched my life. I want to get them new mats, they desperately need them! Desperately! If I can get $300 dollars, then I can provide them their mat, and it would feel so special to them. It is their safe space and I cannot imagine a better gift. Please help me out. This would be huge! Thanks!
