Help me get my wisdom teeth removed!

Hey everyone!
As most of you know I need to get my wisdom teeth removed. Two are growing in horizontally and have pushed the teeth together in my jaw. I'm under extreme pain, have difficulty eating and sleeping, and I MUST get oral surgery done soon.
Unfortunately, the oral surgery will cost way more than I can afford to pay out of pocket, and my dental insurance won't take effect until January 1st; the oral surgeon has warned me that it's not safe for me to wait that long. I don't want the tooth to abscess or to get permanent nerve damage.
Please help me, even if you can only donate $1. That will help me pay this. I can't get the surgery done unless I have the full amount by the surgery date, which is scheduled Monday, 11/26/12!!!
I'll be eternally grateful if you help me end the pain this Thanksgiving weekend.
