Hi there,
Here is an email about my mum (Kay) and plea for your help..
Kay is the loving mother of myself and my sister Kasha. She is the life and soul of where ever she goes! Always laughing and joking and is adored by all who knows her. Would always do anything for anyone and is the kindest, sweetest, happiest and bubbliest lady you could ever want to meet!
Mum was diagnosed with cancer in October 2012. The type of cancer she has is a very rare type, namely 'Sarcoma Cancer'. Sarcoma cancer is very rare and very stubborn and therefore exceptionally difficult to beat. Unfortunately chemotherapy or radiotherapy cannot cure her or make the cancer go away in her case as it has now spread.
Therefore she is going through alternative cancer treatments. There are alternative cancer treatments specifically for mum's rare cancer at the Dove Clinic, Winchester.
We will not stop until our mum is cured and well again!
We need to raise funds in order for the above to happen so she can lead the long and happy life which she deserves!
On the 26.10.13 @ The Airlinks Golf Course Heston, Mark Seymour who works with Kasha has arranged for a charity golf day held at the Airlinks Golf club. 31 people have signed up to play already,
Cost is £30 per person. Half of which will be going to the charity. We are also doing 50p per bunker and a £1 for any water hazard you go in.( This should raise a bit of money.)
1st tee time 9.30 am meet in club house at 8.30 am to pay for the round and to sort out the playing order and pairings.
Also Kasha Ho, Ben Brydges and Ian Cole will be running half a marathon in Richmond Park on Saturday 28th March to help raise money!

Along with this our friends and family are doing their own fund raising methods:
Close friends and family completed a 25 mile walk.
My uncle did a 2.5 mile swim in the Thames.
My friend at BP has organised a 'cake selling' week there.
My friend at RBS has organised a 'dress down day'.
My friend owns a salon and every treatment they do £1 is going to my mums foundation.
We are organising a live gig and a percentage of all entry tickets will go towards my mums foundation.
So hopefully with all the above combined and more we are all doing, we will be able to raise enough funds to help mum beat cancer!
