Help me fund my surgery! Read on...

My name is Michael and I have been uncomfortable with my body for a least 15 years.  I won't take my shirt off when I go swimming, I wear 2 shirts most of the time, and am often uncomfortable when out in public, especially at work.  When I was about 15 I developed a breast on my right side and it has been there ever since.  It's called gynecomastia.  It is always on my mind to try to hide it from people.  I took a huge step and decided it was time to take care of this so I could live a normal life.  I have surgery on the 25th to get it removed. Forunately it doesn't cause me any physical health problems other than back pain from hunching over to hide it, but unfortunately insurance wont cover it because it is "a cosmetic problem".  It took a lot of courage to finally open up about this and get it taken care of.  I work two jobs, but this is a little more than I can handle financially.  It might sound crazy, but I just want to be comfortable in my own skin.
