Kate's Crusaders

"Kate's Crusaders" is a group of family, friends, and supporters that have gathered together to help Kate Metcalf and her family through this difficult time. On Monday, October 22nd at approximately 1 o'clock am, Kate was brutally assaulted by someone who was no stranger to her. Kate offered to take the former co-worker home after her work shift, only to be attacked, beaten, and a victim of an attempted sexual assault. By the grace of God Kate escaped and survived, however sustained significant injuries including; a broken nose, 16 stitches in her head, broken front tooth, two black eyes, and multiple head and facial wounds. This group has been created to raise awareness for her cause, and provide an outlet for anyone to send their kind words, prayers and donations to help Kate and her family. We ask that you please donate any amount to can to assist in paying for Kate's medical bills, future assault victim counseling, and to help this family maintain a sense of security and normalcy during this very difficult and trying time. There is much healing of the body and mind ahead for Kate, and anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated!!
