Handicap Accessible Van and transport equipment.

Princess Pink was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy just days before her first birthday.  After spending over two months in the hospital and nearly losing her at least three times, we were blessed to bring her home to start life anew.  She is now wheelchair bound and ventilator dependent, but her life is by no means dismal.  She has been relatively healthy despite her underlying diagnosis.  She is very intelligent, outgoing and just a pleasure to meet.  She is always smiling, and loves to interact with other children.  As a family, our goal is to expose her to a life with a sense of normalcy.  She attends church, we go on family outings and she is enrolled in school.  Recently the family vehicle was compromised leaving us with no transportation to take her to and from appointments, to school, church, and family outings.  Unfortunately, we do not have the finances available to purchase the van she really needs.  We are very interested in a conversion van that will also handle her medical equipment.  There is no fairy tale ending in the medical records for our little princess, but we live life expecting a miracle and giving her the best experience life can bring.  Thanks you and God bless, from the Walker family.
