Hello Friends, thank you for visiting the Running 4 Chaskawasi page.
My objective is to turn my marathon run, in Athens on November 11th, into a worthy cause. For this I am looking for your support and ask you to consider pledging an amount that you are willing to donate if I go the full course.
In doing so, not only will you enjoy my suffering for the full 42.195km but also have the chance of helping the children of the Manu Reserve and the volunteers making this possible.
You may ask why Peru? Why this project? And how am I sure the money goes to where it is intended? ... well my brother Carlos has been living there for a year and collaborating as a volunteer at no extra cost to the project. All funds are fully dedicated to cover the running costs of the hostel and the wages of local workers only.
To get things started, I will match the total amount from donations to a maximum of $2,500.
