Together, let's change the world! - Little Flock 2012/13

 Hi Everyone,

As many of you know I have been a Sunday School teacher for most of my life.  You know that I love to teach and play with children. So, it should come as no surprise to you that when my church offered an opportunity for a team of us to go to India to visit and serve an orphanage started by a former Pastor at my church, I jumped at the chance.  I have to raise the funds for the trip, so like a good person in 2012, I've taken to social media and personal emails.

Please take the time to look at the Youtube video of the Little Flock homes.  I think you will be touched by the smiles of these children.  They have so much less than us and have faced unspeakable trials, yet they have hope.  They believe tomorrow will be better. If I raise the funds, I will work with the children doing their homework.  During the day I will go with most of them to the village school helping teachers and teaching English.  English will be critical to their success in a culture locking people into social class and not providing much opportunity.  I have no ideal what opportunities I'll have in the village, but look forward to finding ways to help.  Your donations will make a difference!

Any amount you can give will help chip away at the goal.  The trip begins December 28, 2012, so time is very short. I really need your help!!  I am intentionally not trying to be "preachy" but I want to leave you with Matthew 25:40 "I assure you, whatever you did for the humblest of my children, you did for me."
