A Kidney for Brentlee!

Update...We had the surgery on October 9th and all went well for a few weeks.  Then when the first month of anti-rejection meds were used up, we ran into more difficulties getting the second month of meds.  We are still battling insurance problems and getting the prescriptions one week at a time - as we can afford them.  Thank you everyone for your continued support!  We have been having a difficult time and the extra help has been such a blessing!

My name is Brentlee and I am 14 years old.  I was born with kidney disease and my kidneys have failed so I receive peritoneal dialysis every single night for a minimum of 9 hours.  After being on the kidney transplant list for almost 3 years, my older sister has been approved as a donor.  However due to insurance and financial issues we have had to postpone the surgery.  I am asking for help in funding the surgery and the post-surgery, anti-rejection medications.  I also need to help my sister and her family (who live in New Mexico) with travel expenses and the ability to stay in Pennsylvania for a month or more so that we can complete this surgery.  This process has been financially draining on my family and we are now seeking help to see it through.  Remember that every little bit helps and thank you in advance for your help, prayers and support!
